In 2021, we conducted a survey asking the global community of database professionals about their current experiences with database monitoring. It received responses from over 2,500 DBAs and Analysts, IT Managers and C-level Executives from every industry sector and continent.

The large number of responses also provided the opportunity to dig a little deeper and examine the data down to the level of individual industry sectors.

This insights report focuses on those companies and organizations in Financial Services, and looks into the responses to find out if the size and management of databases estates is the same, how day-to-day tasks differ, and what kind of specific issues come up for those in the sector.
